Hackers got me too in April, my account got hacked, I couldn't get back into my account after so many failed attempts. This got me super frustrated because my account is my only means to communicate with my online school course instructor. I also went through this devastating situation in April, my account got hacked, I couldn't get back into my account after so many failed attempts. This got me super frustrated because my account is my only means to communicate with my online school course instructor. The selfie video is super glitchy for me and isnt easy to record. Once I think im done recording, the screen goes black and I see a loading white circle that wont stop. I've tried several attempts and sometimes the app will close out and say there was an error.
