That is great to hear as my daughter has logged out of her account trying to create a new one for some Roblox stuff she wanted to do, but when she tried to log on she realized she had the number from another country and we are back in the US. and she can't get access again. How long did it take for them to respond. And how did they correct the problem? Did they let you put in a new number.

If anyone is trying to log back in QUICK without having your old phone number, and you keep getting the sms verification. Easy fix. Reset your password and it doesnt need you to verify and it automatically logs you into your account using your email and no sms phone verification
