Kraftwerk inspired so many electronic artists............first record I ever bought was autobahn or at least got my mum to buy me when I was 5......then loved Tour de France from the film breakdance when electro and hip hop was big in 83 , seen kraftwerk live a few times in my life they are the electronic music masters

How about a challenge? Try recreating Geigercounter and Radioactivity. Both a rythmic challenge and a melodic (considering the background choir). The melody itself should be pretty easy, but i’m curious how you would create the repeating bass synth.

This brings back good memories, I used to do song recreations in my late teens/early 20's (Fruity Loops FTW!) and The Model was one of those songs trying to work out the different parts by playing the track over and over. Loved watching this video, thanks for bringing back those cool memories Doctor Mix! Awesome job!

Absolute classic Kraftwerk, as were all of the songs from Man-Machine! Thanks for showing me some things I'd never noticed about the song (like that slight modulation you created using the LFO, I didn't hear it till you mentioned it :D )
