Way too much work for me, I'm lazy, and it isn't recycling as Bonnie says. It's just using the plastic twice before throwing it away which is only delaying recycling.

Very creative for sure..... But....WTF? All this trouble to create this? Did he really recycle the plastic after using it? BTW, cement is one of the most energy intensive product. Two thumbs down to this idea.
