Yes it does, however, water needs a lot of energy to heat and vaporise compared to solvents so it might not be energy efficient if you have quite small quantities. It is better to use one of our dedicated water evaporators which uses a heat pump and a powerful vacuum to boil the water at 35ºC (but you need to have quite large waste volumes to use one of these). For small water quantities it is probably better to use a powder flocculant and filters (which we also sell).

Can this way of recycling solvent do not degrade its concentration?

Solvent doesn't "degrade" from recycling (that's a bit of an uninformed myth), just like if you were to boil pure water and capture the steam it's still pure water and not inferior water. However, it's bit more complicated than that if, for example, you have solvent mixtures. We're writing a blog post on this topic at the moment and we'll share the link here when it's published.

What is your recovering rate and can I have prices on 20 lt and 100 lt machine

Hi Riaan, you'll get almost all of the solvent back. If you can send an email to sales@solutex.co.uk asking for prices they can send you a quote. They'll need to know what solvent you want to recycle and how much you have to treat per day.
