Oh my mom was a psychotic narcissist, most pf my siblings killed themselves. I mean literally my mom hunted me with a loaded gun for not cleaning my room and strangled me with a handkerchief when I was a depressed teen. You can overcome and prosper to so don’t give up hope. Tables turned and now my mom is like a different person, like a pussycat. I was also poor and on the system for years before. Decade of therapy was subpar and psyche meds were a whole other demon. You know you want to escape such trauma so there in lies the solution. Ask yourself regularly what would it feel like to be free of all pf this and peaceful and abundant? You could do your best to feel THAT feeling before you sleep each night and/or when you wake and/or after meals, even just a few moments. You can go further and ask yourself if things were already different, what would I be doing this moment? Maybe you’d be in a cozy bed next to a loving partner in a cozy home in a cozy environment. Enter that vision for a few moments. Use your imaginal senses to bring it alive, the warm breath of your partner sleeping beside you, the soft blanket upon you, the breeze blowing through the window. The fresh air even has a certain feel and scent, the scent of freedom and joy. You already are a pro at doing this, you watch movies and forget you are watching actors. We natural daydream and hold conversations each day. Become observant, learn from your self and then practice feeling and tuning in to the sweet life. Then let it go. Let the energy germinate and bring it about. In the meantime, if the outside world triggers you just watch it as a movie from past unintentional programming telling yourself if will fade out with the new energy you are nurturing. Thank it for giving you the steam to hatch out a better life. Usually we react with fear or anger or depression but once you let it out, move on to intentionally catching hood feelings knowing the law manifesting. This way we stop perpetuating what we don’t want.
