I volunteer at a guinea pig rescue in Sydney Australia. We see many guineas with bladder stones, unfortunately. Our very skilled Lyn can often remove urethral stones (there are many videos ... over 400 in total on her channel). I found this video very informative, thank you. I have a question I am hoping you can help with. I am looking for a publication by Dr. Hawkins at the University of California (Davis) but am having trouble finding it. I is regarding an observational study showing lower incidence of bladder stones in guinea pigs regularly fed bell peppers (called capsicums is Australia).
