Excellent video and helpful information! Unfortunately, I have problems with the apps, Samsung put on my Android. I do not need them & Samsung put their television app on my phone and it's huge! I can't do anything, can't get around it! It prevents me from using that space for things that I do want. Do you have a video to cover that? Another issue; I had a Work profile on my phone when I had a stay-at-home job - I can't take it off my phone - the phone is literally holding it and will not allow me to uninstall under no circumstance, do you have any suggestions?
Go in to it's app info menu. disable it or put it it in deep sleep, disable all possible permissions, disable change system settings and PiP (If possible) change battery settings, clear storage and uninstall updates.
@@Cherubim666999 Rooting phone will void your warranty because you have to unlock your bootloader which trips Knox. You can't just tell people to do that without telling them that rooting will void their warranty. If your phone don't have a warranty then yes, you can go ahead and root it at your own risk.
I have learned more out of this video! Now I have to get to work on changing all of these settings! Thanks for putting the instructions in your video. It makes it so much easier to follow along after watching your video!
1. Use SD maid, schedule mid night two days a week & include in never sleep list. ( Practically, impossible to clear private caches every week). 2. Remove unnecessary permissions. 3.Install a good HW monitoring app with history to find the heavy weights for 1 month.
Unfortunately my phone doesn't have deep sleep. I put a few apps to sleep, I also Force Stopped some of the apps using the most memory. My phone was at 76% ram usage, still at 76% ram usage. One thing which really helped my apps at least run and animate faster was turning on developer options and enabling Force 4x MSAA and Disable HW overlays.
I think I don’t agree with this video. Android doesn’t work like this. Free RAM on android is useless RAM. Android will open apps on background over and over. This, most probably will make the phone run slower. Leave it as it is. When os needs RAM, will close apps in order to make "space". This is just how android is working. As much higher RAM is not free, the better. The other thing! "Make sure your software is up to date". And you demonstrating a Samsung phone. Hahahahah. Nice one guys, really love it.
@@Sayise Same, but my device uses the required ram only when I'm stuttering in game. I have enough ram to run the game, but it doesn't use the ram unless I'm stuttering very bad.
Hey I use a 4gb ram Android and when I checked out of 4gb only 900mb to 1gb ram was usable.... So why is that? Can I do something to use the other 3gb? Help me out please.
I'm already doing all these poins 😜 except for the google tabs point which we all need to be careful of on an on going basis ... but guys u forgot about the "clean" feature to clean the ram and storage ... you can add the wedget for this
Not all phones may have that 'clean' utility. And thats what they are referring to when they say dont use 3rd party...I have cleanr feature in phone but that too comes with ads, and I am fed up of it. Thats not helpming me.
Hey guys...One point on your CLOUDFLARE app recommendation. It sucked 12 GB of data in 3 weeks from my plan. You should have pointed that out in your video.
This is something that recently happened , I’ve had my Apple ID for 3 years now and out of nowhere it asked for my card information to be able to install apps , can you tell me how I can fix it to where I won’t have to do it ?
I remember on my S21 ultra before the way to check the device was to put it in safe mode and see if it worked like this to make you kinda find out if its the device or an app causing the issue I just remembered this so way try It on this horrid fold 5!
So what about an app that is using more cpu than it should be since the latest update? should I uninstall and reinstall for that? just for an idea of the issue... it's causing a lot of overheating and killing my battery very quickly (it's youtube fyi). but at the same time if I disable and then re-enable the app (cause it won't let me uninstall) it'll fix the problem for a while. but eventually it'll start doing it again. I haven't figured out what exactly is causing the issue to start cause i don't even know it's doing it until my phone gets really hot. but once it does it if I force stop disable the app then re-enable it my phone will cool back to normal even with the app running and my battery last like normal again. so I'm assuming uninstalling the updates and reinstalling them after might fix it... but I'm not sure... any ideas on what could cause the youtube app to use 100% (or at minimum as much as a higher usage game) of the cpu in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra?
i'm so tired, i tried everything on this video, i tried switching chargers, i tried recalibrating the battery (i think that's how u say it lol), i don't know what else to do, my ram usage is like 60-55% all the time, i even did the factory reset thing and it still hasthe same issue, turbo charge doesn't work and it barelly can retain the charge (it uses 1% of batery every 2-5minutes), should i change the battery?? throw the entire phone away?? it's a motorola g20 btw, it's not super old, i got it back in aug 2022
My fold is has bee terrible from out the box always hitting optimise the keyboard slows way down when typing comments of messages all the time and freezes up my fold 4 has no issues like this it goes on with the fold 5 it's really bad! Well mine is and I do all this makes. Absolutely no difference! Just hit optimise again this is how much of a text I get before it starts lagging very bad!
Does anyone know which uses more RAM: Samsung keyboard or Gboard? I've been wanting to limit my RAM usage to the lowest I can get and the keyboard is one of those apps that run all the time and can really make a difference
Hi there! Neither use enough RAM in comparison to really make a notable difference - you would be safe to use whichever you feel has given your phone the most responsiveness. Thanks for watching! -Zech
I know this is off-topic, I have a simple question, why does the brightness on an iPhone 12 pro keep going to what appears a default setting? Thanks in advance!!
Yeah I think I found the problem... I have 300+ tabs opened when I checked the close tabs button 💀 I'm using opera GX so I'm not used to it alright Don blame me
Hi Guys, I am a UK viewer of your videos, which are great, but can you please help me with the following. My iPhone 12 Pro Max has scores of videos downloaded from RU-vid. I want to delete them all at one. I have tried suggestions from other videos but they don't work. I am tired of deleting them one at a time. Can you help please? Many thanks Terry davis
I had a dld take forever, I finally got found how to kill it. It was an English language trying to dld, 27 times! Thanks for your great tips too. Now is the android for the Js prime going to update from 7.0 to a higher version or do I need to update my phone?
If you click on the little gear icon in the lower right hand corner of the video pane, you can see a "playback speed" option. Click on that and choose your playback speed. Picking options lower than 1 makes the playback slow down (also makes them sound a little tipsy ::giggles::).
