Mine own hair growth journey of success, I myself adhered to this daily regimen: Take morning sunlight every day for vitamin D. Eat vegetables of various colors. Sir I suffer from hair loss . I used regaine 5% from August 2019 during first 2 months I witnessed lot of hair shedding almost from. First week 200 hairs per day and after 3 week shedding of hair reduced from 200 to 50 . After two months of using regaine my hair loss stopped almost to 90% hair fall to 20 hair per day. I have lot of hair growth. But from dec 2019 after 5month of using regaine I have second shedding I lost 40to 50 hair per day . My question is does minoxdil cause second shedding. And is derma pen best or derma roller

DHT is one of the main causes of hair loss, but other factors are also associated with it such as Nutritional deficiencies like Vit. B12, Vit. D, Iron, Calcium. @hairmd india Sir , I am loosing 3-4 hairs per day still I feel like my hairs are way too thin than it used to be before 2-3 years ago , actually my hair fall started in college not only me all students are effected by the water of our hostel , during that time I used to loose too much hair everyday but still i had a lot of hair during that time then after passing out from that college I am still loosing my hair on different college different location, and when my hairs are long I loose less hairs like , sometimes zero hairs per day but after I had done hair cut , my hair fall starts , sometimes even 5 hairs per day ,,, so can I have a piece of your advice about what to and what kind of hair fall is this ....and is there any chance that, I will get my dense hair back like how I used to have back then. ?

@Taha well it's a problem if your hair doesn't grow back. . anyway trust me .. if your hair falls. . shave it continuesly after grow fully ... Well my hairfall is zero now ... Shaving it does help a lot. . never ever go for any medication

@Taha trim makes things worse... Shaving completely by blade is better... But becareful.. should not be shaved with high pressure 😂😂in many cases I have seen M pattern baldness coming out ... Anyways to let u know .. everyone's has different case .. in one of my friend .. he got bald completely even though he was shaving his head consistently Like I used to.... He used to say hairfall is getting more after shaving but in my case as u can see in my picture I have all my hair ... So upto u what u will do ... I think if u have never tried... Give it a try... If your hairfall is sever and not stopping .. coz atleast if u shave .. it stops the hairfall until it grows and become longer ... After that if your hair grows back to normal with all dense as it used to be(means hairs of before shaving not before hairfall)and not a single hairfall after that.. then congrats 😂😂u can get a beautiful wife in future ... DHT in males also regulates blood sugar, cognitive brain function, Cardiovascular health, Stroke risk, Anti Aging, Bone and Skeletal health and many other..... So the question is by taking Finasteride which reduces DHT in our body, we might save our hair but what about all these other things....... and the other question is how much does 1mg of Finasteride reduce DHT in our body in terms of Percentage like wat is the perfect balance. Like im sad now to know how much of a friend DHT is to a male body but an enemy of our hair.
