1. Sometimes, you use the Zlink app for the first time. Please connect to wifi internet or phone hotspot first then it will self activate when opening the Zlink app 2. you also can reinstall the Zlink app.
I deleted the Zlink app and reinstalled it. I connected to wifi and opened the application. Same problem: 'Zlink service unavailable'. Now I can't enter the application at all, it stays on the login screen.
