Yoga..a very ancient practice dating back to the very dawn of civilization.
Yes, it’s a very old practice, but you know what they say..old is gold (especially when your whole body feels like it’s about to break apart, hehe).
Today, I show 3 of the best yoga poses you can do to relieve any type of muscle pain or just simply get a good stretch in. You obviously don’t have to implement them in your life, but I mean c’mon..it only takes a couple mins tops.
