I believe this is because players can't be relinked to a new number if it changes the file size. So therefore a five digit player can't relink to a six digit number, etc. That is why they use a new folder for the sourceimages, and this folder name has the correct number of digits. you cant import a face onto created players because they havve a fake ID meaning it is greater tham 999999, anything below that is a real player ID. so what you can do is choose some poor team from a league u dont play and the weakest oldest players (preferably so that removing them wont hurt the team) note their ID and then when u put a face of Hauge in sider u name the folder according to the player ID of the old weak player u selected in the poor team (u can use player id finder application or u can just go to pesmaster . com and then u can paste the name of the old player in the open any player and search for him then open his page and then in the URL u will see the last digits after the / are the player id, so thats what u have to rename Hauge's player face folder to. (IMPORTANT: make sure the player id of the player u want and the player u are removing are both same length in digits example 13827 & 14992 or 199442 & 444271. if they are not same length u have to choose some other player that has the same player id character length as hauge's or else it will give u error or grey skin and stuff)

I think the player ID on the face and the player need to have the same number of digits. For example, if the new face has an ID of 52457, it may not work with a player with an ID of 3765. 52457 and 67918 would work though, because they both have 5 digits.
