Do you have to remove the tail lights to remove the bumper?

I need help, I have a 2011 bmw 328i and I tried changing the reverse bulbs to LEDS and me being an idiot on not knowing anything I twisted the bulb to the point where it snapped off. I don’t know if I need a new connector or whatever I need help.

When you pop it off you have to disconnect and sensors
