How to remove 2018 Chrysler Pacifica front door panel 

Would be interested in a video explaining how to take out the rear row side panels if possible.

How does the silver aluminum (triangle shape) piece around the inside door handle come off? I'm wrapping my interior and want to wrap that piece. Thanks
