Easiest way to remove the rear fender is to stick something like a flat automotive trim remover between the rear fender and the black plastic part beneath it, essentially the airbox extension, and then twist the trim remover, this lifts the center of the rear fender up and the tabs at the end move inwards and pop out. Grab the fender with the other hand as the fender can pop out with force.

Glad it helped, it's amazing how tricky it is until you know how! So glad the video helped dude. Ummm that's a good question. Creased plastic? Would heat help? I'm not sure much can help with that sadly. Sorry, not sure there. I hope the fall was fun! hehe

The fender and the undertray are tricky to separate from each other, dirt perhaps ???? The grey panels underneath the side panels are also tricky. Got any tips ???

Maybe soak the contact points in WD40 over night? It's amazing how tight fitting they are.

What about the radiator fairings on the tank? I've removed the side bolts and the front bolts but it doesnt want to come off. It seems like there's another "tab" under the middle of the fairing but I dont want to pull and break it...

@@TheGirlOnABike - Thank you. Yes they slide backwards. I had to find a picture of the backside of one to figure out how it comes off. Nothing in the manual either about how to remove them. I can see people breaking the tabs because pulling on them seems right since you pull on most every other plastic part to remove.

Happy Valentine's Day Vanessa. :-) You don't happen to know the name of Husqvarna smallest Street Legal Dual-Sport Bike do you.? Here in Canada the names seem to be a mess to me. We have the FE 250 & 350, FC 250 & 350 & the TE 250 & 350 which all seem to be Dirt Bikes only.

Do you ever watch eveRide ADV.? I want the Husqvarna FE 350 (or 250) which won his Dual-Sport comparison in the USA. However in Canada the FC series is strictly a Dirt Bike for some reason, thought I'd ask you what it's called in the UK.? (thinking you might know Sis)
