I just wanted to say thank you so much, you just saved me so much time and money! This 100% worked however I only waited for about an hour and a half. I’m not someone who is usually good at projects but this was super easy and it’s reliable!
I did it by melting the end of a pen and sticking it in the port. It was a bit messy but it totally worked! I only did it like that because I didn’t have any super glue!
Bro you just saved me mega money, someone quoted me $225.00, and legit just walked out the Dollar Store $2.14 less, and got that shit out first try. You are our 🐐 we Stan ❤️😘 imma chic no gay shit
I bought an expensive ass portable, waterproof speaker that is so amazing and my mangy aux cord broke off inside the port. Thank you so much. I am broke atm and would have had to go another month without a speaker for my zoom classes.
So this didn’t work for me, I even tried melting the end of a pen and putting that in, but it failed as well. I ended up taking the face off and the actual port is a plug and so I took it out and from the inside I saw the tip so I just pushed it out with a nail. It came right out and then I just plugged the aux port back in, put back the plastic cover and it works great!
Hi there hopefully this helps me I’ll try this today did you use a flathead to pop face off I’m so agitated this is like the second time mine has done that and mines is in my armrest it’s been hectic and tiring ?????
1:57 I need to try this, I think this is what is wrong with the port in my used card. It hasn't worked since I got the car, if I push in the cable it connects but as soon as I let go it slides out a little and disconnects the phone so something is definitely stuck down inside there.
trying to do the same thing with the ink tube from a pen. So far no success but im going to keep trying. I also tried using the original aux cord that's missing the tip with super glue, after about 15 minutes i came back pulled it out and the guts of the remaining aux cord-tip got ripped out instead of the entire thing coming out in one piece so it seems like its REALLY stuck in there :[ Edit: I finally got it. Took my stereo apart to get behind and pull the aux port out then had to do some surgery on it
Awesome! Here’s my request maybe you can help me with. How can you replace the auxiliary part attached to the car? I was having issues with the music not playing right, bought a new aux cord, and it’s not the problem. I think it’s within the aux outlet and have no idea of how to fix the problem. Thanks!!
Just tried this and the plastic part is now stuck.I tried ripping it out but I only made it worst by making it shorter. I guess I should just go get a new aux.
How did that even happen? And why are you using a ‘port’ instead of the same stereo mini? You scared?? Too many interconnects and it’ll be worse for you,.. bad audio..
Chill Will Aw damn my aux broke off last night and I was thinking about trying this but I’m skeptical about it. Probably end up getting a broken cotton swab stuck too 😂😭
I fillet doing video for one minute I feel u Go at it caught a thing and Jack a bath and never stuck in there and no one can use an any more bulky fix it
