Thanks I was wondering how to take that out. I just installed a new head unit for first time. Thanks heaps. Was more simple then I thought. Even this post is 4 years old from this comment lol

Any suggestion on what upgrade would fit best in there and if it has the steering controls aswell will that be transferable it should be but just wondering if it's a unique piece.

you ca put almost any radio in this car. You just need to purchase a fitting kit for that car

I couldn't see the end properly and I am wondering if the aerial socket/cable for the radio is long enough to directly plug into a new head unit or do you need to buy an extension.

its long enough. i have never extended the lead. it may be clipped in or cought if you cant get the length.

+DIY Channel you will also need an antenna adaptor and dash kit if you installing a new radio.

The front bit off my stereo was broken when it was taken off and now the rest of the stereo is still in and i need to know how i can get it out please?

You need to see the clips that hold the stereo in a lever then in towards the stereo. I don't have a video on this sorry. You will get in out still

I have not measured the size but you will use a dash kit to fit a single or double din radio

Your radio should turn off when you open the door. If the door switch is not worknig I will stay on.

no no its not the reson, door lock perfect from few days it start automaticaly and behave abnormal their is some thing wrong with wiring or tap. so is it possible i will remove some fues. can you indicate. how to disconect without removing radio from the car. thanks

there two fuses for the radio in the panel under the steering column . they are listed what they are on the panel. you will only need to pull one out to stop the radio.

My security light isn't flashing and my radio won't turn on. Any idea why?

DIY Channel I checked the radio fuse and it's good also when I put the fuse in the CD player made a noise also the clock still lights up but none of the buttons do anything and the security light doesn't flash

Try disconnecting the battery for two minutes.
