Thank you for sharing this video however, there is another easy steps which will save your time. Switch on your printer, make sure both the power and WiFi light is on and long press the stop button till the orange light(error light) blink for 5 times, immediately release your finger from the stop button. You will see automatically the ink tube will fill the colour removing air. Try once it will work. Jai Hind! 🙏
I used this method and worked great! However, it did use up quite a bit of ink looking at the window of the ink levels. I guess I'll be replacing the ink pads soon. Just glad not to have to fiddle with syringes and possibly making a big mess. Thank you.
This is the "system clean" procedure. BE AWARE that it will use about 1/4 of the ink in each container! If you have less than 1/4 left, you could bork the printer head.
Good idea I liked this and worked out easily. But I would like to suggest u one thing if there is no one to help us at home that time better to use three dispo van ( syringe) at a time for better convience. Hope it may helpful for those who need.

salut, j'ai une imprimante canon pixma G2411.. Problème : voyant orange du triangle d'alerte allumé et stable ainsi que bouton vert de'alimentation ... On essayant d'imprimer ou scanner je reçois sur mon PC le message suivant : ' impossible de communiquer avec l'imprimante..ouvrez la fil d'attente...' j'ai tout fait à la lettre , j'ai même changer lecordon et le PC SANS resultat positif.. merci pour votre aide ..
This is not a good idea… all u need to do is click some buttons n it will b done.. I dunno about other models but in my G3020 when I had air in my pipes, I just went to settings-> maintainance -> ink flush N my problem was solved. If u do it manually, u will have even more problems.. just like how he showed u..u will get even more air into the pipes.
Some people have reported that this uses about 1/3 of a tank of ink. I did as a previous poster said: do the ink flush and (opening the cover to see) when the lines are full, kill the power to the printer. This stops the ink flush.

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
