How to remove Air Lock in Kirloskar Generators | Kirloskar Generator LOW FUEL LEVEL Error Removal 

If Kirloskar Generator is Showing LOW FUEL IN Control Panel, it may be due to Low Diesel in the Diesel Tank. Once the Diesel is completely Dry, Generator may lead to AIR Lock Issue in the Diesel Generator. This Video is about removing Air Lock in the Diesel Pipe Line & to start the generator. Please make the diesel level in the tank is more than 30%. Also Please Don't attempt to start the generator for more than 5 to 6 times, which may lead to drain the battery. Even after trying this, if the generator is not starting you may contact the Service Team for further assistance.

Maintain more than 40% of Diesel in Tank all the times
Maintain Battery Water Level at Correct Level
Use the Generator once in a week at least
Carry out periodic maintenances properly
