Real informative but I wish creators didn't skip important parts like the cut at 3:01 that just goes from the processing part to a completed clip (that's not what happens on AE).

I have a decent computer I use and every time I go in to remove the background then hop back into premier pro (after letting the video render) it stays stuck within the first couple frames. This doesn't seem to be working for me.

I was literally having so much anxiety yesterday as I spent about 6 hours trying to learn about AE after I already bought it 😅😅 but your video and your voice is definitely what I needed this morning ❤ now I don't feel like giving up. it's ridiculous how complicated adobe makes doing a simple cutout without the use of color keying. adobe has so many great tools to work with, but if you want to delete a background that shares any colors with your subject, might as well install a different video editing program

Yes bro when I was using davinci we can remove background in one click in free version.. I am unable to use davinci because my computer graphics card is less than 2 gb 🥺🥺🥺

Hi and thank you for this video :-) I am trying to cut the backgroung of my video using After Effects, but the program is warning that I have to "set the composition to 30 fps to match the layer source". How can I do that?

Hello, thanks for your video. I do exactly what you say, but in the end I only get a fixed image in adobe premiere, the first one of the sequence edited in AE. The background is removed, but whatever I do, the entire sequence stays at the first frame. What am I missing? Thanks!

Hey Peter - thanks for an AWESOME video. I am already implementing what you taught me here. I have one question: I shot a video with a white background (had no choice). When I use the "replace with AE composition" the footage shows with a white outline when I get it back to Premiere Pro. Hmm.. holding ALT does not duplicate (does nothing). I duplicated using copy. Regardless, "replace with aftereffects composition" is greyed out. So what do to?

Hold alt and drag the clip up to duplicate. If AE is greyed out make sure they're both fully updated or on the same version It won't work otherwise

And that's why people are using Capcut, cuz this takes one click in something called "Remove Background". Adobe takes more time, more ram of your pc, and 2 expensive softwares. But, good video my friend not hating on your excellent job but on Adobe 🤣

hello Sir, when I replace it into after effects, the original color corrected clip from the premiere pro is not being replaced but it rather importing the raw/un-edited clip...so this bg removed clip is not showing the actual colors....how to fix this?...these both clips showing different color space properties!!!..

Hi! I have reeeeally curly hair. it's ringlet curls and I want to cut myself out and change background but can't do it! used after effects and premier along with a bunch of other software. Also I primarily light with red and cyan...is this a problem for the keying process??? Can you help?!
