Try going to the task manager find the apps running in the background stop the file you think is the malware from running from running then delete it. If that doesn't work get your PC checked professionally
I may try these after I get home. My laptop got infected last night and it was my fault cause I tried to get some games from random sites that I don't use often, yet even with all obvious signs it's a malware before, while download and while installing. I ignore all that 😅 but then I had to shut it down and sleep to go to work and think of what I've done 😂👊 and think of solution

My windows defender got straight up being uninstalled from my PC and I can't reinstall it. I almost got doxxed by emails being bombarded with confirmation to open them. Anyone has this problem too?
Hey man what I did was reset my pc with settings (Settings> reset PC> Reset and lose files>cloud reset) and itll work fine again but for the wifi you'll need to buy a new router
Hi, so I downloaded an .exe and ran it fully by mistake because it had the name of the file I was looking for. I realized after that I screwed up but now their is a sketchy user added onto my pc that has special permissions and I feel has taken away some of my permissions. Do you have any tips to help remove this without losing access or control of my pc ☹️
Crazy it worked my other RU-vid channel got hacked and. Every time my pc was turned on it would always say 100% CPU used when I never opened nothing to say stop downloading hacked for pc games💀

Hey so I need help, whenever I turn my laptop on like after 1 min my screen becomes blank and every time I try to do Microsoft defender offline scan it won’t do it. I tried using the antivirus that you guys showed but it didn’t show anything even when I did a full system scan. Someone please help it’s been over a day I have been trying to remove the malware from my laptop.
im not dealing with low performance. im dealing with some weird things. lap top will shot off or restart for no reason. wifi will connect and disconnect. sometimes simply disappear all together. i tried the the offline scan but i am apperently in need of a key number that i don't know where to find .
Dude you said to delete restorepoints, malware fox i cant download it because there is no links for it except for total av so i downloaded totalav then it says it will create a restorepoint do i delete it or no
Something stops my real time protection every time I restart my laptop and it say's you are using other antivirus program. I have no other antivirus installed but yet it shows it. Tried everything shown in the video, can someone help?
