Going through this with some idiot contractor that built our training wall. They smeared waterproofing tar on the exposed side of the wall. They went back and tried to clean it off with diesel fuel and now they are brown stains on the wall. Would've loved to see the sidewalk dried. But i think this is what I'll need to do to clean it off.
What looks like crap? I’d be happy to send you a picture of the concrete now if you’re skeptical. Or you can just get some for yourself and try it. No reason to fake an informational video to help our customers who already purchased the product…
I think the best way to handle this situation is prevention rather than a follow up cleaning job. Perhaps not being careless or stupid when applying the crack seal or seal coat in the first place??? That seems like a sure-fire solution to me.
May be true, but it happens every single day. It's almost unavoidable. Accidents happen, and we're just here to help solve the accident. Not to prevent it. That's on the contractor.
NO SHIT dude....but if you are rushing your ass off to finish the job you might make a mistake...it's NOT being stupid..MAYBE careless BUT SHIT happens...you aren't perfect @mtwain1674..... don't BE a DICK
I liked this method until you used the pressure washer. That pressure washer would have done the job on its own. Because all it is doing is taking a layer of concrete off the top. Never use a pressure washer on concrete. There are lots of cleaners that will clean dirty concrete. I have found that raw pool chlorine is the best for this job. Just spray it, wait a couple minutes scrub it lightly with a brush on a handle then pray water with the garden hose.
Hey man just finished a job at a big sports complex had to do some asphalt repair after job was done and the guys left track marks from skid steer and tar on fresh concrete going to try this method tomorrow hopefully it works as good for me as it did for you wish me luck tha ks for the tips
