Did you need to repair or replace the harness as well and was it easy to get the part?

I have a 2010 rover sport. The back up camera is currently unhooked due to mishap at rover service. They replaced. A burnt out marker light and didn’t attach the spoiler properly and on my drive home it blew off never to be found. Waited 2 months for the part since 2010. Needed painted etc. But back up camera harness needed replaced as well. They say 2-3 months for this part which is bogus. Currently camera unhooked. What suggestions, advice do you have on getting this part quicker. They are covering costs of course but I’ll never return to this service shop. Appreciate any advice.

We have seen this issue before. You just need to find a shop local to you who does electrical or electronic repair and have them to solder the harness.
