Hey everyone I don’t usually type comments but I wanted to help people who we’re struggling like me . first of all this video is actually legit . so thanks Emily’s . in order for this to work you need to have an “original MKV video” and you need to make sure that it has six channels in first place. ! you can check by simply right clicking on the video> properties > details> audio> channels > if it says 6 , then you’re good to go . if it says 2 stereo , or nothing, that means you’re video is not Real copy MKV . and it won’t work. hopefully this helps you guys ,
For those saying this is not working for you. That is most likely because you have used a Converter Tool such as RU-vid2mp4 or something of that nature. Because of that the downloaded files will have all audio tracks mashed in to one. Your best bet is to either buy the DVD of the episode you want to edit with and rip video files straight from the DVD, or find a RAW unmodified RIP of that episode to download from somewhere.
Im so confused right now, i thought it was working but when i paste it to my vegas, the other music layers are not appearing, its just same old orig video
I did this and it didn't separate the different audios. when I put it in svp it only showed one audio track. I tried doing it using a different method in fcp and it didn't work either. Anyone know any other methods that worked for them? I really need to remove the background music from a clip!
When I tried (with the same softwares you used) it wouldn't separate the sound even though I'm pretty sure I did everything right. Do you know what's going on?
I did not use your program but mkvToMp4 where it converts the mkv file with 6 audio channels like yours.. but when I add the video in SV it only shows up with one audio track and with no video image.. its just green screen instead.. is it bcuz Im using a trial version of SV that seperate audio tracks wont show up or what?
when it got to the step where I have to put the video in my editing software (iSkysoft) nothing happened to it the background music is still on and everything also there is no audio files that I can mute
ok, so I followed all the steps...but then the clip doesn't work on ae (blank footage, no audio sound) it only works in vegas pro....how do I resolve this?
Hey could you please reply to me, so i did everything you did but when i try to save it says (Unsupported, only MP4Video, H264, and H265 supported for video) then another that says (Muxer, cannot open) and then (Failed, file was NOT saved correctly) but it does work when i change it to Mkv Muxer but what i need is Mp4 like you did.
I watch a lot of reality TV shows which have interesting content but with ridiculous background music which is so annoying. Like a guy is hunting for a deer in the silence of nature and the audio track is thundering timpani so fucking stupid. Anyways interesting thanks for posting this cool video.
Is it realy possible, not to hear background-"music" when I watch a TV- moove?I am an 80years old german lady and this is my wish No 1 ! because the music is allways lauder than what the people say.
I did everything right but it won't work :((((( Yes i had 2.6 version with faac, yes the audio was 6ch from the beginning, in FCP i muted all except the one with the talk but the music was sTILL there :(
as someone who's learning to drum.. and spending a lot of time watching netflix/hbo while beating on a practice pad... i wish people would just quit putting music over every single piece of dialogue. Before I even started with the practice pad I couldn't stand it. Shows like "Agents of Shield" from marvel.. where there is dramatic music over every single second of that show even over conversations where it makes NO freaking sense why there's dark and gloomy music, or music indicating some sense of urgency or despair. Throw in a metronome to follow while just looking for something to keep you entertained and bam there's music playing at a different tempo. meh.. the entertainment industry.v
