Your question is not quite clear. Can you elaborate more? If you are talking about the left side menu on customer my-account page then that is coming from WooCommerce plugin and the template is my-account.php
If you want to permanently delete any vendor then delete the user from your wp-admin -> Users area :) Else, just for disabling the store just disable the vendor from Dokan -> Vendor list.
