Before you remove the bumper, fix a few layers of masking tape and thin card along the exposed main body edge to avoid scratching the paintwork as the bumper section pops off. This vid is also useful for replacing the rear turn signal and reverse light lamp units. Thank you.
My father has a 2014 Sorento too but when I looked at the sensors in the rear i could only remove 2 of the 4 connectors how were able to squeeze your hand in and replace all 4
@@supergamerturbo2096 can't remember now, it was a several months ago, I think the 2 in the middle are trickier to get to, but it's doable. Yes, you will need to use a mechanic's board(on rollers) to comfortably position yourself underneath of the KIA, and yes, you will need both hands to disconnect the wiring and then to push the sensor in with one hand and to release the plastic clip by using your other hand. I think I used my plastic ramps from Walmart to roll my KIA backwards on them, so it is raised up a little. And why do you need to replace all 4 of them ?
The sensors just pop out without taking off the bumper on the 2013 model, put hand under bumper and squeeze clips in after unplugging the sensor and pops straight out.
Bien renseigné mais je pense trop travailler pour un néophyte comme moi trop âgé pour faire ce travail moralité je fais par une concession kia autrement pour une personne avisé peut jouir de la vidéo qui est très bien construit.
My friend, I agree with you because I thought so. There are some models that do not need to dismantle the bumper, but this model, unfortunately, needs to dismantle the bumper completely.😊
