So I’m trying to figure out how to take off the cover...but you already took off the cover. Don’t even know where that part is on the seat.

The video show how to take off the cover. The cover is the fabric over the plastic. You remove the straps and parts like the video shows

Thank you for this. I could NOT figure out how to detach the cover from the seat where those two pop-out tabs are. I sure wish they'd pop out easier though.

The brand is Cosco, not Costco.

Actually, I purchased the car seat at Costco. I don't remember the actual brand of the car seat.
