Your videos are always great! BTW yougurt and curd are NOT the same. Their preparation process is different, using two different bacterial strains. Yougurt can even be consumed by those who are lactose intolerant. Yougurt has more protein than curd. Maybe the purpose of this video, their effect is the same but they are most definitely two different products especially when it comes to dietary benefits. I do realize this video isn't about diet - just wanted to clarify that there is indeed a difference between the two.

It's curd in India & most people make homemade curd in India. In the U.S. it's yogurt & it's usually commercialy made.... even the Indian brand of curds are called Desi yogurt. Even if it's home made it's called yogurt in the U.S.

Wonderful dear... All of your remedies were really useful.. But dear as all these are mostly chemical free techniques, can I try these on my 4yr old daughter.. As her skin gets tanned always as she loves playing outdoors.. I know kids shd not worry for their beauty but I just can't let her skin get damaged...
