This is not working for me because I need to use an uploaded background for replacement. Also... you did not start from step one and I have no idea how you even got the grey color fill layer which would have been a very helpful first step for people new to background replacements. I was able to do a few of the steps and i get the idea but without the color fill step it ended up not working for me in the end and still looked awful with trying to replace the background. Do you have a tutorial on a total background replacement that includes the removing of the fringing and refinement of the hair from step 1? I can't seem to locate a complete tutorial video like that anywhere.
