There is a wire harness Kit when you buy Stereo Install Kit for your particular model. Wire Harness is simple plug and play from your factory Harness to your new stereo unit. These items are usually sold together.

Actually you are right It did not plug in that way my fault. I forgot to go back in the video and mention that the blue wire is same set up for a power antenna as a normal aftermarket radio.

The adapter that came with radio wire harness sucked, would not pick up any radio stations. I had to buy a dash mounted anntena for stations to work.

I Bought it as an Android 10. Double Din for 2005 mercedes C230 Sport, and this option popped up then.

The warranty is what I don't like, if this thing goes bad there is no warranty I would be SOL. I recomend purchasing a unit from an actual store if something goes bad you can add a warranty and return it.

It will fit, but I'll be honest, I do not trust it. I recomend to get something with a warranty, or name brand.

Thank you for commenting, but recently the radio has failed there is No Support, no one to help, therefore I would not recommend. Looks cool but it did not last. I recommend to purchase something from a local brick and mortar store that if anything goes wrong they can warranty.

Before you buy this check the return policy. You can pick up the wifi from your house and I was able to play youtube on it.

I am being honest, right now I am having issues with the radio and been in talks with the vendor. Let me suggest if purchasing a radio like this, do not buy it from Amazon or Ebay instead buy it from Best Buy, Walmart or anywhere they will honor a warranty if anything goes wrong. I will not recommend who I purchased this from Ebay.

This Radio was and Ebay Android 10 was the name. It is plug and play only for mercedes c230. Pain in the butt install. That's why I made the video showing the hardest trim removal.

My mercedes is 2005 C230, It just had a plain radio, that's it.

I now have a problem that the Radio cuts off after 40 mins. I am getting in contact with the seller to see what he can do to fix this.

Try doing a reset if nothing works try contacting were you purchased radio.

If you have the Harmon System you have to purchase the fiber optic decoder.

Heads up unit failed on me, a week ago, no support, no help, I would not recommend.

May I recomend for you to buy from a brick and mortar place just incase there are warranty issues. Mine was an ebay purchase and the company is no longer. So if anything happens to my radio unit I would be SOL.

@@MIC-LS Does it work with the steering wheel controls? Does it have an option for a backup camera? Where can it be purchased?

The volume controls work on the steering column and channel scanning also it does provide a back up camera and it was not installed. The only thing weird is that when channel selecting on the steering wheel it also scrolls the tripometer, oil service cycle at the regular gauge cluster menu's. This could be a simple one of the 2 plug reversal at the back of the radio. If you buy this set up and plug the wires make sure everything on steering wheel is working before final install and you will need to load a current gps navigation map on an SD card to the new Andriod Radio to use it.

I do not have the Harmon Kardon system on mine. It does have the steering controls and they work.

Roger I saw a Video converting his Harmon Kardon (with Fibre Optics) to a Bluetooth system and the wiring was rudimentary and easy to do.

Lasted for about 12 months then starts freezing, hanging etc. Tried to update the android over the internet through wifi but no change. Tried to reset android settings still no change. Resorted to put back the stock equipment.

Yes thing may not last forever. I do have the stock radio if it ever happens.

@marshallbususu this model radio fits years 2005-2007 Mercedes c230/W203.

GPS antenna was built in just thread a tiny bullet size coaxial antenna to back of radio. When you buy the aftermarket harness for your Mercedes is plug and play and the steering controls work automatic. Once Radio is installed you can go into menu settings and change steering controls from radio as you please.

It cost me, around $290 online. I recomend to buy this radio at an actual store (reputable place like Best Buy, etc). If anything happens you can return it back to a real store. Online you may be gambling.

It has equalizer for you to customize it also has presets like, rock, flat, jazz etc. But as of today my radio just froze and it stopped working. Getting in contact with the people who I purchased the radio so hold on do not purchase this radio. I may have to make a video about my personal experience after the install.

From ebay, LS1 swap 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 $275 1 year ago. It might be more or less. I decided after to go with the Holley Terminator X and it came with everything needed. I posted a video installing it. Good luck!
