PRO TIP if you have coconut oil, lube, oil, or even conditioner i definitely recommend putting that between the bag and your hand cuz that shit HURT!!!!

No joke it worked. I tried everything and it was pretty tight, but this hack worked. Of course it hurted a little bit, but that's okay. Little pain for a good band☺️

@@FedSmoker64 uhh maybe don’t tighten it to you wrist the entire way like no one else does? i have never seen anyone tighten their wristbands down to the skin. mine was fairly tight & impossible to pull over my hand without the grocery bag. not sure what you can’t comprehend about this way of taking it off when I literally just did it haha
it worked and mine was tight as fuck to the point that using the twist method was cutting my wrist. "simple physics" my ass, the plastic is a much smoother surface than your skin and you can yank it a lot less painfully than if you were to work it up your wrist for hours
Just twist the end of the band and once u start twisting you’ll hear it make the noise of that plastic at that same point pull the plastic piece down …. Thanks me later
