AM (4 days) 2:10 facewash 2:11 melasure 2:50 moisturizer 3:00 sunscreen 3:36 azederm 10% for another 3 days, then 4:21 5% niacinamide and 4:42 moisturizer and sunscreen 5:20 start slow PM 5:58 double cleanse 6:02 treatment tyrodin cream (powerful to fade hyperpigmentation) 6:26 5% niacinamide and moisturizer 3 days a week. Now for once a week: 7:14 demelan cream or 7:21 glycol or 7:25 kojivit 8:07 moisturizer 8:22 3 days a week: 8:27 double cleanse 8:30 retin A 9:09 niacinamide and moisturizer

Am routine 1.wash ur face with any gentle cleanser 2.apply melasure gel in pea size amount excluding lip and nose corners and under eye area for 4 time a week say mon tues wed and thurs 3.apply kesar kojic acid Moisturizer 4 apply Sunscreen On friday sat and sunday apply aziderm 10% and then 5%niacinamide and then kesar and kojic acid cream and then ur Sunscreen Pm routine 1.double cleanse face 2.apply tyrodin cream in pea size amount for 3 days say mon tue and wed 3.apply 5%niacinamide 4.and then kesar kojic Moisturizer On Thursday or say only for one night apply demelon or kojivit or glyco 6 cream +Moisturizer On friday sat sun apply 0.15% or 0.3% retinol cream for beginners and tratinoin cream for pro and +5% niacinamide then Moisturizer

Hi Nipun, please help me to choose between Dr.Sheth's rosehip&retinol serum or minimalist.3% retinol as im a first time user, I'm 49 and hv dry and a bit sensitive skin. I hv already introduced all other products, melasure +tyrodin+aziderm +niacinamide+glycolic6%+kesar kojic moisturizer recommended by u in this 30days malesma routine and now I guess I'm ready to include retinol in PM routine. And yes I must say the results are visible and I'm really excited and looking forward for further improvements. Thank you for sharing well researched knowledge and information. Hi Nipun, This is Sobia I have ordered the following products for starting my melasma, acne and open pore treatment. The products are: 1. 10%Niacinamide+1%zinc 2. Azealic acid 10% 3. Salicylic acid 2% 4. Multipeptide eye serum The issue is all the creams like tyrodin or aziderm or melsure or meladerm or kojic acid products of derma co that you refer to use in addition to these products are not available locally in Pakistan. Therefore please let me know how can I customoze my routine and which other products should I add to stary with to treat this melasma, acne and open pores issues. My age is 32 and my skin is combination: oily nose and chin area rest is bit dry.. Please le me know if you are available for an appointment I can make that too. Looking forward to your kind response. Thanks

Hi, the products look fine however there is a small issue and that is the niacinamide +1% zinc. If you have ordered it from the brand ordinary, I don’t recommend using it primarily because most of the people end up getting some form of irritation when using niacinamide 10% from the ordinary, it is not to do anything with the ingredient, but it is the ordinary formula, however, do a patch test and if you feel there is any kind of a tingling sensation, redness, or acne please stop using it in the Melasma playlist. You will find a particular routine that I have created for people who live outside India that is the skin care routine for global audiences. I would recommend that you check that out because in that I have given other options.

Hi@@NipunKapur, Many thanks for the prompt response. I have purchased the mentioned items and I will check Niacinamide first then use it. I have also checked your other ordinary products based video but that is very confusing for me all I understood is that with the niacinamide,salicylic and azealic acid that I already have I need to purchase alpha arbutin to add in the morning with my existing products and retinol in the evening because purchasing so many products at this time wont be budget friendly at this time. I will appreciate your thoughts on this.

@@NipunKapur I intend to follow the following routine: AM routine: all 7 days cleanse and apply niacinamide+alpha arbutin followed by moisturizer and sunscreen PM routine: double cleanse and tone daily before applying any product 2× times a week retinol+niacinamide followed by moisturizer daily 2×times a week salicylic acid+niacinamide and moisturize 2×times a week azealic acid+niacinamide followed by moisturizer. Use all the three PM routine alternatively from monday to Sunday with one day Break in PM routine on thursday. Where I will just double cleanse tone and moisturize. Multipeptide Eye serum daily in AM and PM routine

@@NipunKapur Also I intend to start from niacinamide in first week then add salicylic acid in week 2 and azealic acid in week 3 and will add retinol in week 4. Then religiously follow AM PM routine for at least for three months. Also I will follow the layering and percentage guidelines too. Please share your suggestions about it.
