It would be easy to remove a page title in WordPress if you knew how to edit your theme’s code. You could simply delete the line of code where it’s included. But it’s actually better if you leave the title in the source code so search engines can still read it.
By following the steps above and using the new Remove Page Title plugin, you can visually hide the title from any post or page while still allowing search engines (and screen readers) to read it. This is better for your search engine rankings and makes your site easier for vision-impaired visitors to use.
The steps outlined in this video work for hiding homepage titles and post titles in addition to other pages.

If you are in elementor, click the post settings icon at the top of your page, under general settings, there’s a section that says “hide title” with a radio button. Click that so it’s “yes”. your page titles are hidden.

i dont know what editing you did on the video, but it doesn't work for me. I downloaded the plugin, added it to my site, activated it, went to a page, clicked the checkmark, clicked update, viewed the screen ( and yes hit refresh )...no difference. :(

I've uploaded and deleted this about 3 times. It doesn't work. The click box doesn't show up in the page settings or anywhere else I've looked. It's a great idea. Shame the execution doesn't work - and it's frustrating to have spent about an hour trying to make it work.

Hi Ben! Do you know if this plugin still works? I have applied it to my site and it works initially when previewing the changes, however when navigating to the pages, some of the title information still shows. Also, do you know if there is a way to remove the comments status from the page. Our pages have a horrible looking 'Comments turned off' message in the top right of the screen. Turned off comments everywhere, plus used a plugin to disable all comments, however this messages still remains. Any help would be appreciated!

Hey thanks for watching. I'm afraid the plugin won't be able to help with that and can only reliably remove the page title. To remove the background area, you'll need to add some new CSS to your site. Your theme's developer may be able to help if you ask them.

I just figured it out. When I was in the same with the"remove title" selection, I switched to default width the "Full Elementor Width" and that fixed the problem. Thanks a lot for doing this. Very appreciated brother.
