Ya top speed will increase bus bike will be very jerky not smooth at all and lots of stress on gears Ecu not limit bike speed it limits engine speed But their are lots of enginers in youtube
@@basidhsajan2398 There is a difference between rev limiter and ECU speed limiter. What the both of you are talking about is rev limiter. In the case of KTM, the ECU restricts further increase in engine speed once the designated speed of 137 is sensed by the speed sensor. You will instantly lose 3-4 kph once you hit the ECU speed limiter.

Thanks .... The show room guys are putting a rpm limit when they wheel out the new rc 390. Does it mean the fuel is cut off if the rpm limit is crossed or is it just a visual warning and we can still go beyond the rpm set limit,? at 1:45
In duke 200 the rear sprocket has more teeth which provides the insane amount of torque at low rpm but it is also responsible for cutting down on topspeed...whereas ns 200 sprocket teeth is smaller in number
ECU remap and removal of speed limiter are two different things? Which can ultimately lead to increase in max rpm and max top speed of any bike? Removal of speed limiter or installing PowerTRONIC ECU?

I am strongly disagree with your statement coz I have a dominar 400 and I noticed every time when I speed the bike when rev limiter glow at the exact time the speed gonna stuck and decreases +-1 km . May be ktm only indicate and warn but in dominar it works as real rev limiter coz rpm locked when rl goes turn on

1st of all u can set rpm.. I myself hav experienced. If u set it to 7000 ,at 6th gear it doesn't allow u to go beyond tht... remember nt in every gears. Only in 6th it works.
Fuel Injected I know It doesn't lights up bcuz u thr s no 7th gear. Rpm 1 is set only for rev limiter light for indication...but rpm 2 is the actual 1 which controls revvs only at 6th gear.
Dude your are absolutely wrong on your theory 1st you said ktm cares more then bajaj that's y bajaj was stupid to give rev limiter haha 2nd bajaj and ktm in india shares all their engine parts so they are all same engine except the outer covering 3rd most important your ktm has almost same specs but ns got better aerodynamics better chain sprockets and great weight distribution which creates that small speed difference but in real world both engines are capable of same output only difference is the machine they fitted on
