Can you help me, I have a rebuilt vehicle and nothing wrong with air no light on, but recently it start on/off back and forth, eventually it's on now all the time and checked and it showing code (B1000), they said problem with module need to replace, could you guys fixed or i have to replace it
Once everything that deployed has been replaced and connected properly, once you install the reset module, the light will turn off. If it doesn't that means there is still a part that hasn't been replaced or connected properly. You didn't mention the seat belts, so that could be the cause. If you aren't sure what the problem is, the first step is to diagnose the airbag light. Hook up the scan tool / scanner to the car and read the airbag codes. You connect the scan tool right into the OBD port/plug. Its usually located below the steering wheel, on the left. You are welcome to reply to us with the trouble code that it reads. Great video can this cause all my lights to come on and say that my lane departure malfunction and pre collision system malfunction? Also sometime it goes away like nothings wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the video. I have had my 2003 Corolla SRS air bags recalled 2x. After getting the car back from the dealership after the 1st "repair" the airbag light was on, tho' it hadn't been before. Their tech never seemed to be available to correct the code issue. After taking it in for the 2nd recall, the light is still on, tho' I mentioned it to the dealership. I've seen online that the issue may be dirty contacts (I use my car like a truck so it wouldn't be surprising). The videos that suggest (after disconnecting battery and allowing power to dissipate) cleaning the SRS plug contacts show yellow plugs under the car seats, which I cannot locate. Is this possibly the issue, and if so something I can try to clean first? My car has not been in any accidents that have deployed the airbags ever (single owner). Thanks
Dayna, Yes that seems like its definitely seems like an issue with the new bags they installed or just didn't connect them properly. The airbag system is still detecting a problem in those three areas. If you didn't have the light on before, and now you are getting these codes relating to those airbags, assuming those are the airbags they replaced, I would suspect that they did not connect / install them properly. In this case, you would not need to remove the module for reset.
I have 2009 toyota corolla In oman I brought form canada The probem is my seltbelt was damage in accident... Roof airbag... & front airbag...damage. then i have change the seltbelt for anther car . Asif, Thank you for your question. Sometimes the seat belt can function properly (mechanically) but still be in deployed state. That can be the case if you are still getting the airbag light with codes for the seat belt. A good seat belt will give you a reading of between 2.0 -2.5 ohms. Make sure the belt is installed and connected / plugged in properly as well.
