🎉mate can't thank you enough it is a hard board to crack I watched your video and did not follow all the steps then after I week of trying and looking for fixes I found myself back here I watch the steps the only difference is I had to jump it like 3 times in a row and that got it once the pin is bridged correctly power on it hold goes off after about five second and do it a couple more time to make sure and your good to go thank my friend you are a champion for sharing this one.

Everything worked up until I put the hard drive back and now have an HDD password lock. These Toshibas are a pain in the ass, but thank you anyway for the helpful video.

I tried this a while ago and it didn't work, dug the laptop out again, gave it another try, and realized my battery was probably completely dead when I tried it the first time. This time it worked, so be sure your battery has at least enough charge to stay on for the 5 seconds or so it takes.

At 7:11 it says reboot and select proper boot device that is the problem i have. I can get it past that. I have this same laptop when i took it apart i realized i didn't have any screws in my hardrive i have no idea why because i never opened it before but do you think it would work if i ordered the screws for it?

The password is on hdd in my case is a Seagate, this method doesn't function. I did it, with and without HDD. Hice el trabajo en laptop marca Toshiba, no resultó, la contraseña es del disco duro, aún no encuentro cómo retirar la contraseña, instalé windows 10 en un S.S.D.

i tried this sevral times on cl15t-b1204x and it does not work. Although we have exactly the same motherboard. Any other suggestion?
