How to remove troubled apps from the school iPad

This video is going to teach you how to remove troubled apps from the ipad
1.Identify the troubled apps (They will be grayed-out as shown below or say waiting)
2. Delete troubled app- Press and hold down on the troubled app until options come up. Press cancel download to delete the app. (If the cancel download is not present press prioritize download)
3. Provide device information to HUFSD- Once the apps have been removed reach out to your child's teacher with the ipad name, asset tag and serial number as shown in the video.
-When the technology department received this information they will remotely reinstall the apps.

Este video le enseñará cómo eliminar aplicaciones problemáticas del ipad
1.Identifique las aplicaciones con problemas (aparecerán atenuadas como se muestra a continuación o decir esperando)
