Turn off WiFi Run “Windows Defender” *if you are unable to run/open any Antivirus because of this, my suggestion is reinstall OS

I can't self install windows cause he hides there he changed settings so he would be able to install from in PC . This thing is really tough he hides super good and very smart he can change settings and make things invisible. What is it. Thanks alot for your suggestion I will try
