No hate, but the reason those bolts came out is the Milwaukee impact and not the kroil. Kroil is one of the best penetrating oils out there, but it didnt help in this situation because they are upside down and they are bolts with flat washers. If they were nuts with exposed threads then it would help, but the threads were dry when you pulled them out

If I am converting to a camper (cutaway style) and looking at gross weight options. How much weight comes off with the bed? I assume that the camper has more available load capacity without the bed. Bu how much?

YES. Chains work SO much better. I remove my bed and cap all the time - no problems. One-man job.

I use this "X" method with the straps and then hook cherry picker in center on both straps and lift. One man job. Either drive out or if on concrete just roll hoist backwards.
