my question : i rendered some but it didn't solidify like lard . it stayed more like a thick viscose consistency. like honey almost. did i do something wrong?

Does it bear fat has the same smell with pork fat? Is it good for hair regrows?

Haven’t had any experience with the hair regrowth but back in the day it was used for that. It does have a odor but to us it smelled like cracklins.

Do you have to sterilize the jars like with jam/jelly?

We sterilize the jars just like you would for canning.

I noticed your alligator euro mount in the background around the 15:00 mark. I just got my gator skull back and I would like to hang it perpendicular to the wall as well. How did you do that? Is there a hanger made for that or was it homemade? Looks good!

The oil that we have not refrigerated did, yes. And it is still delicious!
