Thanks for the video. However, the checklist seems to be changed. The second checkbox indicates "Proof showing that you meet the residency obligation in the past five (5) years immediately before the application." now.

Why didn’t he do, “proof of residency obligation” even thought it’s on the checklist. He skipped it.. I thought you have to do it with every renewal.

Thank you for the explanation! I had 3 questions: 1. I got my first PR card in 2019 and had to move out of Canada immediately. I returned in 2021 and have completed the required 730+ days. Should the date I became permanent resident be the one from 2019 or 2021? 2. In 2019, I held my old passport. In 2021, my passport was renewed. Which passport copies do I need to provide? 3. Do I need to provide the scanned copies of all stamped pages of both passports?

Thank you Jatinder , i must appreciate the time and efforts taken to put this detailed PR renewal process video, However i just has question about the dates in the address column . you said we need to mention dates in address portal where one is inside and out side Canada . and in later step there is one more section where we have to mention those dates where we have to specify the purpose of visit (eg: vacation in video ). So my question was do we have to mention those dates on both pages . or just mentioned vacation dates on the travel history column. Thank you once again...

For the address history section. Do you also include your current address? What would I put for the TO date since I’m currently living and haven’t moved out?

They are asking for proof now. They need school certificate for kid. My daughter age is less than 6 years and she spend her time at home. She don’t have bank statement or employment record as per their requirement. It doesn’t make any sense.

As per the Guide IMM5445, you need to provide proof of Residency Obligation by providing 2 pieces of evidence ( CRA NOA / Bank Statement / Club membership / employment record or pay slips / rental agreement etc). How and where to upload them? Do i need to provide 5 years of bank statements?

In 4 years I have changed my passport 3 times. Each one has a stamping during entry and exit. Do I need to upload all 3 passports for proof of entry and exit or the latest passport should be good? Please let me know.

I filled my Pr renewal application on 25th May 2023 and on 30th July 2023 received application incomplete message which mentioned I need to upload a new photo again as the earlier one was rejected. I have already uploaded the new photo but despite that submit application button is greyed out and IM 5444 form status shows as in progress.
