How to Renovate a Home as a SECTION 8 RENTAL 

I have been living at 4 Highland Park Batavia New York almost 16 years in July. I'm on a program called PathStone pictures supposed to be a non-profit Section 8 company the gutters have never been cleaned the whole edge of the roof is rotting.... the roof is shot a wiring upstairs is cloth wiring I have fans there's nothing wrong with them except he unhooked one and I will never ask him to do electrical after there was a fire in the wall upstairs cuz he hot-wired a switch maybe he was trying to kill us I don't know I thought it was up to renters to get renters insurance I don't see how it can be $1,200 a month that doesn't seem right how the hell can that happen..... people like my slumlord who owned 40 houses they get away with murder just know if you're a little landlord they will look really hard at you so they can take your house and give it to the big conglomerate PathStone company some people on Section 8 actually care about their property I used to I raised my kids here... what I did wrong was asked to have the p o r c h fixed cuz it was rotting away I was immediately told by my GOP landlord who signs my ballot that we have to part ways meaning I'm kicked out ... the whole section 8 is a nothing but a big scam for people to get rich off the poor and the United States government get huge tax breaks and don't care about the people that's what it is in Genesee County New York and if you complain you're f***** that's what happened to me and then I was in Rochester New York looking for a place to live that's not in this f***** up County and when I come home they turned off my heat it was freezing in here Friday so I have to use an electric heater which is crime as far as PathStone is concerned and they will shut you off if they even find an electric heater ever! So I hope you're getting rich off poor people but why didn't you leave the floor nice and put that crappy s*** over it so it looks like crap cuz that's the cheapest crappiest stuff you could ever put on a floor it's in my bathroom I freaking hate that stuff you wouldn't want it in your house why would you put it in somebody else's but you're trying to make money off the poor and the United States government so it doesn't matter slap it together that's what most people do you think they care about poor people like me with one leg no they don't don't give a s*** about me they overlooked things they don't look at things it's retarded the inspection the inspector doesn't know anything one day I think he's gay he says oh I like your hair like that so for 16 years by landlord always slapped it together like they told him to do he didn't even do what they said and they passed it... they did not fix what they were told to fix in February they were supposed to do it in March April and they still have not fixed my toilet so it's not running down into the floor so every time if I wanted to not run it into the floor which I don't care anymore then I would have to turn the toilet on turn it off and then my pants don't get wet when I'm trying to take a s*** so don't tell me they give a s*** about poor people if your windows not broke there's not a scratch on the wall you passed where I live this place will be condemned when I'm done I will not take any more s*** from my passport company and I wish I had a good landlord that apartment look like that and they fixed it and it stays like that if something breaks they fix it maybe you are a good landlord I don't know most of my stuff got ruined in my moldy basement bicycles can mold in this basement anything can mold speakers mold somebody needs to do something about slumlords I sure hope you're not one of the slumlords like mine looks like you did a nice job on that house some people appreciate it and try to take care of things the tenants that are good have landlords who care about them and are good the ones that tear the place up have landlords that don't fix anything and then throw them out in the street like they did me I will be homeless in the street as of July cuz they're trying to help me not to find a place Section 8 so I will never get a place to live and I will lose my section 8 so I cannot take it with me that's what's happening to me if I moved to another state if I had a good landlord I don't want to put up with this anymore you want good tenants be a good landlord and some Section 8 tenants are just bad but don't say all of them are bad I became bad after I was treated like a piece of garbage I don't even ask them to fix anything cuz they treat me so bad unless it needs to be fixed and there was feces in my basement because the drain was clogged and they blew s*** all over the basement and left it there from Christmas until the end of February and it's still there it just f****** dried up so don't do that to your tenants maybe they won't tear your f****** house up
