Hi nice vedio, I have 24 volt DC motor. Magnets are came out and I removed magnets and glued them after that DC motor is not working. Magnets placed in wrong direction, will it cause issue in working the motor.

My 12v motor -does "run and stop", "run and stop" and is not running smooth. So far I removed the motor and did not find the Magnet bad, the connections look ok, I have not removed the shaft with the windings yet ! But from the outside they look ok. There is also a U pin that came out of the motor as I opened it ! Is it supposed to be there. Please answer both my problems.

run and stop problem occur from adapter not from motor. some adapter are not made for motor. Take power adapter to run motor.

If it starts and stops and sometimes it doesn't start until you move the rotor a little bit with hand, this means 1 or 2 windings do not work. The rotor rotates but it doesn't use all windings, less power and fails. You need to rewind the motor, also check with multimeter if the windings get the same resistance, sometimes a winding can be shortened.

Great. Meri 775 motor just 0.8 amps le rahi hai or slow chal rahi hai.. 13 volt or 10 amp ki supply use kar raha hun.. carbons change kiye hain but koi faida nhi hua.

Rewind the coil with brand new wire tick as the original. Maybe the old wire looks good but if the motor was used for hard work for example with electric hand tools, the wire is burnt. This is the reason the resistance of the wire increases and it gets hot very fast.

another problen Sayan...buy a 775 motor 12v ...I make a m,ini table saw...motor ok...but at first 3 segundo rmp low and then full rpm...I dont know how but ..motor is ok....problem intent cut a mdf 9 mm ...cut 3 milimeter end ..stop...this is a torque problem ...how fix? cannot cut ever mdf of ever mm...I´m very frustated.. soorry my poor english...I speak spanish.

For cutting purpose use 24v. And 5 amps at least. Better to take a 24v 5amps adaptar or smps. You can also go for more amps but at least 5 amps. And 24v. Then you can get the best performance of your motor.

Thats a switch mode adaptar probably. This problem occur with cheap quality adaptar or fake adaptar or laptop charger. Plz use a power adaptar for this purpose or a branded one.

watch more than 25 videos of how make a mini table with a 775 engine ... none specifies the trick of the engine power ,,, they say that with a 775 of 12 vol ... they do not specify amperage ... it works. ..and in the video if it works and they cut ... none if it works !! ... could you advise me something that works?

In my many videos i told that for cutting grinding purpose use a 24v 5amps adaptar. Its best. For fan or pump purpose use a 12v 5amps adaptar. Best for 775 motor

SAYAN DALAL: difficult but not impossible, ok so if i get that far, how long do they have to be? what i’m asking is how much meat needs to be on that spring. since that are both wore, and we never get to see them new because we don’t think to look when we buy tools with small DC motors. this task of replacing brushes on this small motor is not something i’m used to. if brushes are designed to be replaced then i’m good, but this is outside my comfort zone, and i decided to attempt because i want to save this Bosch PS20 cordless drill. is it a good idea to glue the new brushes to the springs or what is the best way to attach new brushes?

Adaptar onek type er hoi. Tumi jokhon motor chalabar joynno adaptar kinbe then power adapter kinbe naki switch mode adaptar. Onek adaptar e eai problem ta hoi. Motor atke atke chole. Power adaptar and good brand er nile eai problem hobe na.

Over lubrication can cause the grease or oil to get into the windings. This will cause the insulation to deteriorate around the winding causing arcing and shorting inside the motor to the case
