I do t think u have to use the flat head too do that just pre roll the chain around it before u put it in the black cap

I do these repairs too and I admit these repairs are fun for me

Great video. I've found that using a smaller Phillips head screwdriver works a bit better than a flat head screwdriver when "winding up" the switch during reassembly.
