Horn is one of the main component of all automobiles. Horns are generally very reliable and serves its duty for years. All the horns have basically the same design.In this Video i explained the basic structure of Horn together with its working. I also explained the probably cause of malfunction of Horn and ho to rectify it.

Motorcycle horn repair: remove adjustment screw and spray in contact cleaner. Worked for me and didn't have to remove or disassemble.

Same here, I've just did that with an old Peugeot 106 horn which was made impossible to open (no screws except the adjusment screw). I removed the adjustement screw, sprayed some WD40, and it worked again. Maybe some dust !

thanks you very much, my Honda city car horn was not working showroom guy told me 2400 for both horn, they told me that your horn can not be repaired, actually then horn company has put has some different kind of socket, so there was no option for me to replace new one, but after watching ur video I thought my horn is already gone, so why not do some work, as per ur video my both horn has started buy just adjusting screw, thank you

Guruji help me,,,, ye bataiye ki agar me chain lube nahi le sakta to open chain me used oil dalne se chain ki life pe asar hota hai ya nahi ,,,mene anpni Fazer ki chain sprokit set new lagwaya hai pls help ki new chain me used oil use kar sakte hai ya nahi.....

Hi Sir, I am using WindTone Roots Horns. They are brand new used for a month. Now the horn are not giving proper sound. It gives sound which sounds like battery is dead. But my battery is new one. Even with single horn I am unable to get proper sound. Is there any proper facing of horns. I have horns fixed in such a way that sound output is facing ahead. Is there any specific horn output facing?

Yes,windtone horn should be fitted in such a way that water should not go inside it. You can find its facing instruction on packet itself. If water goes inside It,then contact points develops carbon deposits. You can follow the above video to adjust or repair it. Windtone horn have good sound and life but you have to save it from water.

Use thick wire and do grounding properly. Battery kai size pai BHI sound vary kaarta hai.

See all the connections. If all the connections are good then see whether solenoid is getting magnetized. After that adjust the adjusting screw properly
