Happened to my 3 brandnew dice SLS the same way. Shouldn’t have bought SLS material. You can find SLS kites everywhere in the repairshops nowadays. 🤦🏻♂️
This is happening much too often on Duotone kites with these new lightweight bladders, pinholes, and also seams splitting 😮 Duotone is not acknowledging this fault😮I am switching Kite Brands when manufacturer does not stand behind products will not support that brand. This is the only way to get them to step up and back there product. There are other kite manufacturer that have more reliable gear, and superior customer service. Core Kites for those interested.
just had my 2023 Neo 9m pls explode on the beach totally destroyed the bladder and leading edge for no reason only light wear and tear after a year no issues previously asked my supplier not interested as apparently if there's any marks at all its your fault have flown many brands and none are as bad as duotone for longevity
Would not buy any Duotone Kitesurf at this time, they need to remedy this fault issue, and acknowledge. The percentage of their kites with this problem is much too high, and have yet to admit the fault? What about the sessions missed? Can not rely on their kites. I switched brands, will not support a manufacturer with these ethics.
