Lighter Leashes are hard to come by around here and my wife was devastated when hers broke. Thank you for helping me mend her tool It totally worked... godsend!
Bless yuh fi dis video! I just knew if I hopped on RU-vid I would be able to find someone who givin a tutorial on how to fix a retractable lighter thingy and here yuh are! Lol! 😅 It definitely worked for me. Thought I was going to have to throw it away but I was determined not to. 😂😂 Thank yuh! 🫶🏽
Whenever I look something up and realize lots of people have sought the same solution gives me that feeling that "people are the same eveywhere" 😅 Thank you!!!!
Wow! Thank you so much! I wasn't actually here for a repair, I wanted to know how these things worked and your video is really helpful! You also have a really cozy voice and audio quality 😄 thank you so much for this clip! Now I know what to do when I spot "broken" ones. I'm curious what small changes to this design could make for easier repairs and a longer lasting elasticity... a lockable pocket watch type button would be awesome. It sounds complicated but I think it could be done with the right part, maybe a really tiny plastic cap with a hole through the sides. Hi I'm blabbering 😅 anyway thanks again!!
Didn't work for me the first time I tried it. The spring anchor bent out of shape so I restarted and found out when she said you have to twist it just right before you put it on the post she wasn't kidding. It worked the second time
