how to repair canon g2000 scanner error 

Thank you man for showing to me what means 22 blinks. I have CANNON MP 230 and it was the same to me it blinked 22 times.. So i open the scanner and just move him a little it seems it was stuck somehow (maybe something fall on him i dont know) and now is working and scanning without problem.. I advise all who have the same problem to dont buy immediately a new scanner, first try it by moving him a little and place it to the center and also check the cables to make sure is connected properly to the scanner. I hope will work also for you. :)

I have also experienced similar problems with this, part of what should be changed or fixed? I do not see what you've been replaced. Thank you for the help.

What u did? Is it replaced or cleaning only? Bcz u moved scanner tary from camera, is it changed to new one?

No es necesario cambiar todo el escáner. La solución es cambiar la lámpara. Se le puede sacar la lámpara a la canon MG2470 o a la MG2570. Se la cambias y ya no da ese error.
