As always, loving your go get em attitude. As a car person who does everything himself, you are a rockstar. There are a lot of pretty asian ladies driving nice cars like yours down your way, but its inspiring to see that they can DIY with their babies. Mad props. Seriously Hongcouver girls are the best! Daaang, Tara! They came out really, really good. I give you a 10/10 since it's not as easy as it looks. The car looks great. It's different and the car will get second looks for sure. Matte black looks pretty good on wheels, but I don't understand how people wrap their entire car in that bland and burned out color. But anyway, you did an amazing job. I especially like how you look for great deals and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty when it comes to customizing your ride. Can't wait for your next video.

Lol! That reminds me of the time I painted a piece of molding trim and ended up with a few black finger nails. I was like, "ohhhhh crap. My parents are going to give me weird looks now." But after a little scrubbing with soap and hot water, it was alright.
Wife drives a performance pack Mustang and her wheels get curb rashed every week the best way to tackle it is by a gallon of rust oleum paint and paint over the curb rash each week so true I’m not making this up
sorry if i missed it in the video, but do you know the total cost of this diy? looking into refinishing a set of bbs wheels i have. great video though, the color you chose for the wheels compliments the interior / exterior color combo very well. beautiful e90 m3 vert.
Missed you tara. Hope that all is well, what happened to your facebook page? The wheels came out great and the color was nice. What about the tpms sensors. Are they self programming or did you have to get them re-programmed. Could you do a video of all the maintenance done so far on your car. Looking forward to your next video. Have a good day.
Not sure if this has been asked already, but do any of these repairs affect the stability of the wheel? Also, why did you have to wait a week to mount?
The curb rash was minor so it doesn’t affect the stability. If there was any cracks, I would not repair it. The paint was still soft when it was mounted on the tires, the machine scratched it a tiny bit.
How much about did the paint/primer cost? I might redo my stock oem wheels , been thinking about it. I didn't think it was going to look good with the paint samples but the actual color on the wheels and matched up with car looks pretty great
One of my concerns was that when I had my plasti dipped wheels mounted on new tires, some of it came off. I wanted something permanent. But yes you are right. Plasti dip is always an option.
