I’ve had a similar issue with sv300, exploratory valve were okay. I changed the flow sensor and it started working and pressure tests passed

Why do the small disc inside the expiratory valve breaks I always have to replace them. What is the reason that it breaks

it's not normal, it could be damaged during your disinfection procedure / cleaning

1.What do you mean by many options sir? kindly clarify,.... 2. Indications: Test failed during pre-use check, Machine alarms indicating leaks, etc, ..valve obstruction causing leak as shown in this video.
